We would like to recommend Azure Investment Property to anyone out there thinking of investing abroad.

At the beginning, although we had thought about investing for a long time, it is hard to motivate yourself to really do something about it - however Azure Investment Property were very good at 'keeping in touch' and informing me of what was out there - without being pushy! They had a wide variety of properties to choose from - everything from entry level 1 bed apartments to luxury 5/6 bed private villas, in all areas of Cyprus and of varying budgets.

Their knowledge of Cyprus (where we bought) is excellent and they have the local contacts to follow through on every aspect of the purchase. I would thoroughly recommend you take advantage of one of their subsidised inspection trips - because until visit, you will never really get the feel of exactly what it is you are getting, and if you are like us, you might just change your mind totally on what it is you really want!

Azure Investment Property are helpful, professional and thorough in every matter of the process and I would have no hesitation dealing with them again.

The Wright Choice in Cyprus

We originally met Derek Watkin of Azure Investment Property at the Excel Centre in London where we made our decision to definitely buy a property in Cyprus. We decided to go and visit Cyprus ourselves, making our own arrangements to meet with Azure and other developers on the trip.

Derek personally met us at our hotel and we spent the entire day, including refreshment stops, viewing a variety of properties, from off plan to various stages of completion. We all met up again after we had time to think and discuss our options. We had fallen in love with a Villa which was in the process of development, so we revisited it to be sure and then told Derek of our decision to buy. We all celebrated with a fabulous lunch overlooking the sea. Azure then put us in touch with their contacts in Cyprus for our banking and solicitors needs. These were all dealt with efficiently with lovely people.

Our Villa is now complete and Derek and the Azure team are still only a phone call or e-mail away if we require any assistance. Although everyone in Cyprus is great we find it very reassuring to have the Azure team as a contact for us in the UK!

We are now at the stage of renting out our property and Derek and his team are still involved and helpful which is great.

Inspection trip - no pressure!

Alex and I were taken to Cyprus on an inspection trip with Derek. We were very sceptical about going on one of these trips having heard horror stories from others who had done such a thing with other companies. However, the whole experience was extremely pleasant and informative without any pressure to purchase a property. Obviously we were interested in purchasing abroad otherwise we would not have had any contact with Azure, but where should we start? The superb guidance from Derek and his professional Cypriot colleagues enabled us to make an unpressurised and informed decision.

We were extremely well looked after, being met at the airport and given information packs about Cyprus which included the legalities, properties, projected earning possibilities and general information about Cyprus. The accommodation and the different dining experiences were excellent and greatly enjoyed. The site visits were in very small groups or individually for those with different requirements. We highly recommend and thank Azure for their help in selecting a suitable property for us and for their ongoing support.
