Turkey has become one of the top ten holiday locations with an ever increasing annual number of over 26 million visitors. Annual growth in tourism has been in the 15% to 20% region and this is expected to increase further due to the introduction of the low cost airlines. Numerous investment experts are predicting 30% to 40% growth in property prices over the next two years.
